To remove only the tables in DB :

Go to terminal and excute the bellow command with your database username ,databasename , and password :

mysqldump -u username -p --no-data dbname | grep ^DROP > drop.sql 

mysql -u username -p dbname < drop.sql   

rm drop.txt
